when yall need another awesome isekai to watch, consider Saihate no Paladin if it wasnt recommended already. It's on par with Mushoku in my opinion when it comes to worldbuilding and has great potential. I feel like not enough people talk about it, but it could be because the first 5 episodes are basically the prologue so it might have felt slow to some people. Spread the word on this beautiful masterpiece of a series everyone.

the annoying thing is that a lot of thing happened in the manga and didn't show it in the anime like Roxy's journey with her squad (the horseman and the pig that died in the show previous season) and a year of skip all just in manga. It sucks

I think Roxy believes that Rudy and his gang are pretending to be Dead End. She said to herself that Rudy is just impersonating Dead End and wouldn't put it past him to do so. So I Think when they meet up she'll probably surprised to learn they're the real deal.

Sure it's an above the average isekai (considering most isekai are super trash tough) but especially now it's still mediocre and doesnt even come close to something like slime or shield hero or any other of the "good" isekai. I would really not see this taking a reaction slot. On top of that there are very few people that would watch it.

Well the show is adapting the Light Novel, not the manga. The manga is also different from the Light/Web Novels, so I wouldn't look forward to seeing the manga adapted if I were you.

When Roxy was born her parents didn't know how to speak. Nobody in that village does since they speak telepathically. The village chief also knows how to speak. So not only did they learn but they taught Roxy so they could always be able to communicate. Like parents having a deaf child.

Seasickness only happen once to me and it fucking sucked. Took a vacation to a beach and we planned out a fishing trip on this big-ass boat. The guy driving was hitting the waves hard (Still not sick at this point) and it was a bit stormy and the waves were wild. The point I felt sick was when the guy who was driving the boat just hit the breaks almost instantly and I felt my stomach lurge forward. Then for the next hour or so, I felt horrible. The worst time I ever had. OT: you guys are monsters for making fun of a death girl Lol.

Nah cause when they say "dead end" they're referring directly to Ruijerd, I think she was more saying that someone wouldn't want people to think they have the actual one in their party, but Rudeus is the only one ballsy enough to do it so it would obviously be him.

I haven't read faraway faraway paladin. But i have encounter people who consider faraway paladin to be in the same tier as mushoku tensei. At least the first volume of the series. But it's hard to make any comparison to mushoku. Mushoku is story is finish, we can see the whole story. Whereas Faraway Paladin is pretty much in the early phase of the story.

What Roxy parents meant that Ruijerd showed up to the village after Roxy village left. It's been years she left, remember she learn magic after running away. Remember she recommends Rudeus to go to a magic university (same university she study) and become a tutor. And yes, there is a possibility that more side character focus episode could happen in the future. I could think of a number of characters that they could do this. This is the reason why people love Mushoku Tensei, it's world build and character development is top notch.

So there are two things that they cut from this ep, first being before they get on the boot ride they meet up with Rudeus aunt from his mother side and she explains the only reason why this is their first meet is that everyone from her family doesn't like his father. Second is that the reason why Roxy is afraid of Superd is because her farther often told story's about like and how they kidnap children like the boogeyman, this one I find weird they cut off because its in the same talk that she finds out about Rudeus.

Something that just went unspoken in the episode is that when Roxy cast the healing spell, she didn't say the full incantation. In the very first episode, Roxy was already shocked when Rudeus abbreviated the incantation for waterball (and then he said he skipped it normally).

What's so difficult about figuring out that Roxy was feeling FEAR when the dude mentioned Dead End? I've seen two reactions were ppl were like, "Durrr, what's that?" Like hello? She's shaking big-time, and her facial expression just gives it away 100%, that's literally fear, and anyone with half a brain should be able to figure that out. I don't get how in the world people don't get that, that's just mind boggling to me. It's so OBVIOUSLY fear if you know anything at all about anything. That was anything but odd, y'all are just having a HUGE brain fart. Like one of the biggest brain farts I've seen.

The latter part was clearly mentioned in the first half of the season. She literally told Rudeus about the Superd, and that's why Rudeus was a little bit wary at first for a second with Ruijerd. Also, the way Eris reacted at first was a clear indication that it was part of the culture that Superd have that reputation, LITERALLY half of their entire goal is to help the Superd reputation lmao. So really, they've been constantly reminding us over and over. It was very very very clearly established ppl were raised to fear them, so obviously Roxy would be scared. Like, how is that difficult to understand after all this time?

ya its been mentioned already, but roxy cant use telepathy, which is the ONLY way her people communicated. shes basically deaf and mute to the villagers. her parents learned to speak just to communicate with her alone. almost like them learning sign language. also roxy is TERRIFIED of sperds for some reason. thats why whenever she hears dead ends name she freaks out. one more point. i think thats why she was so bothered by rudy being able to cast without incantations. its just one more thing showing how she was inferior.

While their isn't an opening, the opening SONG changes depending on what stage they are on their journey: - the first song is mysterious and hopeful, symbolizing his fresh start in a new exciting world of sword and magic. it plays until they get teleported - the second song starts when they're in the demon continent. It still has an adventurous tone to it but it's a little more desperate, as if symbolizing the struggle to get back home - the third song has a jungle feel to it, it plays when they're in the Doldia Village - the fourth song sounds like a holy choir, since it's for when they reach the Holy land of Millis,
