Overall great season, felt like the details got a bit muddied toward the end but definitely excited for whats to come for Videogame Jesus and his Disciples!

It's been hundreds of years of drift, so they basically got spawned to w/e they were originally, but the path of the planet has already slightly (cosmic scale wise kilometers of shift is microscopic, that is) shifted from the path it was previously

Overall this season a 6/10. Overall SAO as a series is a 4.7/10. I didnt even watch the latest seasons but Ik it was ass so yeh, 6/10. I watched S1 and a lil bit of S2 and nothing was great or really good about this show expect the visuals and some fight scenes. Overall, I hope A-1 pictures gives their beloved time to something else rather than a show never getting better, and not really having consistency in their storyline....🤢🤮

SAO Progressive: Aria of a Starless Sky releases October 30 in Japan. Its a remake of the Aincrad Arc... I believe thats what they meant by "Kirito will return." since they didn't say "To Be continued." Thanks for the awesome content as per usual. Cheers!

Kirito's parents are respecting the fact that he's earnestly pursuing his passions and dreams. He has a direction he's heading, he knows what he wants to do with his life that he enjoys. So ofc after the stern talk they're going to support him. I wouldn't really call it throwing in the towel.

Nobody else said it so i will. The Integrity Pilots at the ending weren't Ronye and Tiese (Kirito&Eugeos valets). They were their descendants. remember, its been 200 years. they have long died. Eldrie was the last one to undergo the synthesize process. All Intergity Knights who came after don't have that "immortal" lifespan... They felt like they knew them because i guess they were recalling their ancestors memories.

I don't think "Remake" is really the right term. Progressive is just Aincrad floor by floor so it's more in depth about Kirito and Asuna's time there. The entire Aincrad arc in the LN was only 2 volumes. there was a huge timeskip an started with kirito on floor 75. Progressive is the full story of the arc between al the floors that were skipped. and it's probably going to lead up to the point where kirito and asuna went their separate ways
