I've watched this before, but re-watching it this time around and the second half of this season feels more like a set-up season rather than a self-contained one that also sets up the next season. Maybe I feel this way because I'm only watching two episodes a week rather than binge watching it in one go.

To be fair Lupa is on the right track sort of but... no lol. This season is a crazy one because there are a lot of references to other DC story lines but they never play it out in the show such as: The Court Of Owls, Red Hood, and Baby Damien Wayne) these are all cool Easter eggs that don’t move the story along.
