this is something that was explained early into the season the power system in underworld is literally your imagination so depending on how creative you are and how strong your will is to manifest it, you can become pretty much a god that is why vecta is so broken

Yeah it was weird at every season of SAO but by the time i got here and saw shorty get tentacle popped as soon as she shows up i was done. Literally made no sense and was completely pointless. lol

The reason why they made Emperor Vecta so strong is because this isn't a game. The god accounts were made so they can enter the Underrworld and make changes without problem. With Emperor Vecta, he was created so they can go to the Dark Territory when needed. Remember, both the humans and the Dark Territory residents are created with the same fluctlight souls.
