Animation is so good in this anime, it's unreal how good it is. Story doesn't get boring even as this is my 3rd time rewatching this. It's nice that this isn't even made by unlimited budget works studio (UFO Table studio) =)

Gilbert's helmet saved his life there. What happened was that a bullet grazed his helmet and shattered, with a piece of it then deflecting into his eye. One-in-a-million luck can save you... but only once.

So chivalry leans into its romance and setpiece fights while asterisk doesn't as much they hint at romance but never carry through and commit like chivalry does, both are good shows but their vibe is slightly different though they are similar
