matsu didnt clutch shit. Vivi reformated her memories with the headbutt to a lesser extent then matsu would of. Matsu woulda just wiped her clean so she was a husk.

the thing that really surprised me about this show is how randomly awesome the fight scenes are. not really spoilers, but there are some friggn awesome scenes later on in the anime. i was watching another patreon reaction from a different creator and one of thier observations was how twisted the single missions of the ai's get. like you give the ai the freedom to carry out thier mission and they come up with twisted novel ways to do that. vivy for instance. her mission is to make humans smile with her music, but its become twisted with destroying ai's to prevent a war in the future. its basically a second mission, which is suppose to be impossible for an ai, but shes bent her logic so far that its still under her current mission parameters. PS. i just recently realised that you guys were the ones who did that kratos skit. Thats was one of the funniest things on youtube :D

I don't really see it as a secondary mission. If her mission is to make everyone happy with her singing, how is she going to do that if there's no humans left? Therefore she has to destroy the AI's to be able to carry her mission of making everyone happy with her singing.

I mean that's the point Daniel is making, on it's face "make everyone happy with her singing" is just hey Diva sing forever and that's the only thing you do. But in order to do all the agent stuff she's able to interpret her objective in expansive terms. So in order to make folks happy with singing, folks need to exist therefore I can embark on this mission of saving humanity. It makes you wonder how other AI's might come up with other expansive interpretations of their objectives that allow them to do things and engage in behaviors that their creators/others would have never anticipated. I mean hence the surprise when the girl saw Diva on the spaceship cuz what in all heck is a singing robot doing in space. Or even Diva fighting Elizabeth. What are a singing robot and a care taking robot doing engaging in high level combat robot fighting, yet neither a combot robot, each still engaged in their primary objective, interpreted in novel ways. And thus if I might add, one begins to ponder the question, are those novel interpretations truly "novel" or a manifestation of a "will"/"soul" of sorts.

Fair but unlike an ordinary ass hotel a space hotel could literally destroy the entirety of the earth surface, it can crash into a entire city and destroy it completely on a grand scale, ontop of that the people inside the hotel have to suffer from dropping how far away from the earth?
