This is a really good episode for suzaku, it’s hard to remember as the viewer that he has basically nothing on lelouchs perspective, he’s spent the last year assuming the absolute worst. Lelouch kinda just biting the bullet and not fully explaining anything here don’t make the situation better either lol

That is Lelouch's resolve stated since Season 1, he won't make any excuses for what he's done. He acknowledges his fault in all the consequences and wants to take all the blame. At least Suzaku recognizes Lelouch is forcing that position on himself like he did to himself after killing his father.
