I love that this show apparently takes place after Miyamoto Musashi died, but during Oda Nobunaga's life (Musashi wasn't even born until a few years after Nobunaga died). It's like that Simpsons gag where Springfield borders four states on different sides of the country.

Hey man, they're the ones that opened up with sake is "straight rubbing alcohol". Soju is pretty similar to vodka, though it's pretty hit-or-miss IMHO... barley soju is probably my favorite of the bunch, the potato stuff just ain't for me.

I wouldn't say a realistic take. Cause not all of them are going to be full of traumas like they are in the show lol. It would be a middle ground between The Boys and Justice League most likely. The Boys is quite devoid of hope. (the marketing side is spot on tho)

We are waiting to move to a new spot in a few weeks and plan to adjust some stuff to add live action stuff/ more western content. Sheera and I especially watch a TON of shows like The Boys, Better Call Saul etc we’d love to toss in. Gotta get Lupa caught up on S1 and 2 of the Boys and then S3 we can start!
