Yeah baki is clearly better to read than to watch. I think baki the grappler was better to watch than the new version of baki me personally. Kengan is a little bit bad because of the cgi and the drawing but the fight are pretty good and fast paced.

This can be seen as the end of the series. Baki's whole goal was to fight his father and he did. There are two more arcs, plus another one that just started, but while they are entertaining, it's overall unnecessary.

It doesn’t though, I’m not going to say it looks phenomenal or incredible because 3D animation will always look weird but it’s definitely not horrible in any type of way. The art style of Kegan Ashura is also a little different as well which actually makes it look somewhat good. The CGI is pretty fast paced so it looks pretty good, definitely the fights. It isn’t no dramatic effects like Baki when they were trying to used CGI.

That’s what I like about it, Baki' does a whole bunch of slide sequence + flashes with their fights while Kegan Ashura you can actually clearly see the moves and what they’re doing, and it doesn’t look disgusting whatsoever how people are trying to make it seem. It doesn’t look nothing like how Baki was trying to use CGI in season 1.
