Final note --  You may have noticed the absence of Nobel laureate Bob Dylan. This is not an oversight. I have always greatly admired Dylan, but I never really choose to listen to him. He is like Tarkovsky in this respect: an aesthetic blind spot, and definitely a Me Problem.
