It's about a king who wore a costume that would bring him huge power... and so it was, until he found out that the suit was getting tighter, and became impossible to take it out! He couldn't live like a human anymore (even when pretending doing so), and lost all the respect of his people when he successfully inserted the royal scepter up his ass due to being too horny. He had to run to the caves, deeply ashamed of his actions. He wandered for many years, getting bigger and tighter, but still remembering his glorious past. The permanent chastity never stopped him from getting his ass busy most of the time, though.
