Battle plan.

The fight starts with whisper after that Icutals hints at what he wants to be done to him. Whisper to him to know what he likes at the moment, the like only changes after guessing the correct answer.

After getting 3 correct answers he becomes CHARMED, after that you can whisper dirty stuff into his ear, doing that 3 times will make him INFATUATED. Not whispering to him after he’s charmed will eventually break him out of his charm.

Icutalus' skills

Icutalus has 3 skills he uses. Water Bomb, Water Attack, and Waterfall

He uses Water Bomb normally, hitting 2 random enemies. Water Attack if he has low mana.

Waterfall is a new attack. It deals water damage to your whole party and lowers your M.DEF by 50% for 5 turns. He warns you 1 turn before that he is going to do a strong attack, so you can prepare for it.
