Q: Can I use my monthly art to get a gift art for a friend?
A: Yes! Make sure your friend has given us their approval, and the gift art flat will take the place of your monthly flat.

Q: Can I make changes to adopts once I buy them?
A: Unless it is otherwise stated within the adopt post itself, you may not get changes for an adopt. At the $100+ tier, you unlock a free revision every two months, so at that tier, you may get a change for the adopt.

Q: How can I get monthly art that has more than one character?
A: Patrons that get monthly art with more than one character are usually at the $100 tier, and give up their monthly sketch in order to get a two-character monthly flat.  Other cases of an extra character being added are typically random, and are YCH character that we choose to put into the piece, not at the request of the patron.

Q: What kinks/fetishes are you not okay with drawing for monthly art?
A: We do not work with bathroom-related activities, cub play, age play, NTR, NSFW feral, non-consensual themes, political themes, hateful themes, or humans (includes both full-bodied humans and humanoid faces).

Q: How do the revisions work?
A: To unlock revisions, you need to be within the $100 tier. You are allowed one full revision every two months on a commission or an adopt you purchased from us. If the commission or adopt is multiple stickers or multiple poses, but were a part of the same purchase, you can get them all revised.

Q: How do payment plans work?
A: To utilize payment plans, we expect 50% of the payment up-front, and the remainder on an agreed-upon date and time, typically within 2-4 weeks.

Q: How often are limited commission slots available?
A: We let Patrons know one or more months in-advanced when commission slots will become available in the future. Furthermore, our social medias typically announce when we will have the limited slots available. They are not guaranteed every month, but there's no set pattern of when they will be available, either. Just keep an eye out for updates!

Q: How do limited commission slots work?
A: When we make a post regarding the opening of limited commission slots, within that post will be a link to a Google form. Simply click the link, fill out all of the information required within the form, and submit it. We go through each form individually and hand-pick which ones we want to do. Those that get picked will become notified within a day or two of the slots closing. If you do not receive a message saying you were picked, then you were not picked for that specific slot-opening.

Q: How do the monthly sketch chances work for the $10 and $25 tiers?
A: Within the $10 or $25 tiers, you will have access to specific chats on our Discord. These chats are the #sun-ocs and #moon-ocs, respective to their tier. Simply post your OC in there, and as long as you are actively within this tier, there is a chance you will be picked. We pick anywhere between two-to-five (and sometimes more) OCs to sketch each month, depending on how busy our workload is. The poses for the OCs will be completely determined by us.

Q: How do I access the bases from the $10 and the $25 tiers?
A: If you look at our Patreon page, and go to where the tags are for the posts, you will be able to find the "base" tag. Click on it, and any bases you have access to will be available.

Q: When will tutorials become available?
A: There is no set time for when tutorials will become available. When we have the time to make them, we will post them up. Once we make enough, I will remove the "WIP" tag from the perk.

Q: How does my character get chosen to be a featured character? How often does it happen?
A: Simply post any OCs within the #patreon-ocs chat on our Discord to have a chance at it being picked. We will notify you if you are chosen. In regards to how often it happens: in all honesty, whenever we have time, we try to do it. We haven't done it too many times, but we plan to do it much more in the future.

Q: When can I use my Patreon credits from the $100 and $250 tiers?
A: Patreon credits can be utilized on any auctions we end up running, unless otherwise stated within the post of the auction. If you win the auction, just let us know you'd like to use your credits, and we'll subtract the amount from the total.

Q: How do my discounts get applied to purchases?
A: Both the 3% discount every patron gets and the 33% discount in the $75+ tiers will be automatically applied to any purchase you make with us. The 3% discount can be used multiple times a month; however, the 33% discount from the $75 tier can only be used once per month. Furthermore, the 33% discount has a cap of $75 off.

Q: How do I get listed as a Featured or Premium subscriber on your FurAffinity?
A: Make sure you are at the proper tier, and then contact us with your FurAffinity, so that we may add you to the list!

Q: What does it mean that the Moon and Sun tier's "Monthly Sketch Chances" are locked to those tiers?
A: The Moon and Sun tier's "Monthly Sketch Chances" are locked to their respective tiers in order to be fair. Patrons in the $75+ tiers are guaranteed monthly art each month within the tier, so to assure that the monthly sketch chances are given to new patrons, only the $10 and $25 tiers have access to their respective monthly sketch chances.

Q: How do the $250 tier prizes work?
A: Each month that you have been within the $250 tier are tallied up, maxing out at six months. When you reach each goal (1/3/6 months), you will be messaged with a form to fill out regarding the information for your badge, reference sheet, or dakimakura.

Q: After I reach six months in the $250 tier, do my perks reset back to the badge?
A: No, once you reach the sixth month the first time through, then that is it. We have plans to send personal gifts to $250 patrons in the future that have stayed after their six months, including future merchandise we end up making; however, we have nothing new for right now.
