I typically send out an initial message when new patrons join, asking if they are in our Discord server so I can appoint them the Patreon Supporter role, where they can gain access to an exclusive Discord chat. We don't often receive replies, though (we think some of the patrons may think it's an automated message, but it's 100% sent by us cx). 

We are active within the chat, frequently giving updates and also just talking normally. If you are not in our Discord yet, but you're interested in joining, feel free to click the link below!
