Interesting fact; Knaak wrote Hakkar the Houndmaster first. Chris Metzen has outright admitted he had a brain fart. The name must've been floating around in his subconscious or something because he just went ahead and used it (again) for the Gurubashi Blood God

To be honest; that's just another reason why I like Chris Metzen though. He holds his hands up and says "yeah, my bad. I uhhh... I forgot". He doesn't sit there like Captain Kirk in a chair, acting like it's all part of some master plan. He did the same when he retconned the Draenei. Just apologised and said "Sorry. I'm just kinda making this up as I go".

And I respect that. I respect people like that. I don't tend to get on with people who make blatant errors and then try to act like it was totally intentional 100%. We all make mistakes. It's absolutely ok to make them. There's no need to be so weird and insecure about it.
