Billing Mode Change: Monthly (but for REAL) (Patreon)

Hi all, this is possibly irrelevant to existing supporters but just so you know:
Patreon now offers actual monthly billing based on when you subscribe, rather than on the calendar - so if you subscribe on the 28th, your next charge will be on the 28th next month, not three freaking days after you join. 

So, this is way better, and I'm thrilled that I won't feel like I'm double-charging new folks from time to time. I've switched over to this mode and I hope that's cool with y'all.
