HC Sanatorium devlog 09 (Patreon)

-Created three new items: Rope, Microfoam tape and Handcuffs.
-Created script for EBK (Emergency Bondage Kit) that will be strategically placed around the Sanatorium for nurses to restrain possible escaping patients. The kit will have breakable glass, just as the typical fire alarm buttons have. I am struggling with some bugs for now, so it is not fully functional. You can see the EBK texture in previous devlogs in the hallway. Player will also be able to break the glass and grab the items.
-I am not fully satisfied with the new textures, especially the handcuffs and the tape so I will probably rework them in the future. 
-Small code changes.

Finally I am beginning to have some free time during the week, but not enough yet, so I am limited to smaller additions like this. But still, I am happy about it. Thank you for your support, all of my patrons and followers
