how you even drawed this? Just use photoshop for every single frame, or you also used soft like Flash adobe? Animation look so smooth and great!

I did this one in flash! I tried to make it smoother by adding more frames, and it's about 30 individual drawings for the mouth/eyes/eyebrows, 11 individual drawings for the neck, and about 40 frames where I manually moved the hair/head/ears
