私にとっては年に一度のまとまった文章を書く日です。がんばります。

■2023年の振り返り

・TinyEvil：うごイラ付きASMR作品制作中！

・TinyEvil：Hソシャゲとのコラボ企画中！

・漫画もっと描きたかった…

結論からまとめるとこんな一年でした。

見せられるものがまだないのであまり情報を出してないのですが、現在とある企業さんにご協力頂いてTinyEvilのアニメ付き音声作品を制作中です。

『TinyEvilの音声作品だとう！？それならこんな風に虐められたかったんだ！』と息巻いて９トラック（計130分）すべての台本を担当したため、実は去年めちゃくちゃテキスト打ってました。

また、まだ『やりましょう！』と決まっただけの段階ですが、とあるHソシャゲにTinyEvilのキャラが登場できる予定です。イラストは私が担当します。楽しみ！

今までは一人でTiny Evilの少女達をしこり描いてきたわけですが、今後は自分以外のチームの力もお借りして、これまでと違う形、違う場所であの子たちを咲かせられるかもしれないと思うとわくわくします。

2023年は、その種まきの期間だったように思います。

一方、台本執筆や画集編集が思った以上に思った以上の大変さで（見積って本当アテにならないね）、思った以上に漫画を描けなかったのが悔しい一年でもありました。

せっかく短いスパンで１話を発表できるよう『プチ☆パコ』というショートコミックシリーズを始めたというのに…。ぐぬ。

『メディアミックス的な展開ができそうな今だからこそ、本家の連載が滞ってはならぬ』

うちの家訓です。

今年はもっと自分というリソースの配分だとか時間の使い方だとかを見直して、皆さんから頂いた時間を誠心誠意Tinyの少女達に溶かして参りたいです。

あと、時間といえば、pixivのロ●規制（投稿非表示）への対応にも多分に時間を奪われました。

決済が絡むBOOTHやFANBOXのみならず、pixivでロ●を投稿できなくなる未来も有り得ない話ではないと危惧しています。

■【重要】閲覧期限撤廃

支援サイトの運営方針を、以下のように変更します。

・￥３００限定コンテンツの閲覧期限：当面なし（※DL商品に収録されるまで）

これまでは入会月から２ヶ月前までの投稿しか見られませんでしたが、2023年12月の投稿以降、閲覧期限はありません。

いつ入会しても、2023年12月の投稿から見ることができます。

将来画集を発売することになった場合、それに収録されるコンテンツは発売日以降見れなくなります。

一言で言うと、￥３００プランのコンテンツはすべて、DL版として発売されるまでずっと見られます。

DL版を出す頻度は

コミック（プチ☆パコ）…１年ほどでDL版として発売（希望）

限定差分のまとめ画集　…２～３年おき？（出すかどうかも未定）

みたいに考えているので、【漫画は最新の４～５話、限定差分は2023年12月～数年間分が、いつでも見放題】みたいなイメージです。

それに伴い、

・BOOTH等での月別バックナンバー販売の中止（￥300プランでいつでも全部見れるため）

・￥１５０プラン、￥７００プランの廃止（シンプル化のため）

を決定しました。

ちなみに、毎月行ってる『テーマ別アーカイブ』はこれまで通り閲覧期限付きです。

その代わり、DL商品に収録されて￥３００プランでは閲覧できなくなってしまったコンテンツもいずれ再掲載しますので、これまで通り『ここにいれば新旧すべて揃う』というコンセプトは変わりません。

■方針転換の意図

なぜ閲覧期間を広げるに至ったのかと言いますと、先ほど振り返りで語ったリソース配分の見直しの結果です。

端的に言うと、差分作りを緩めてもっと作品制作に集中したい。

と同時に、

『限定差分を購入したい方』にとっては、よりコンテンツを入手しやすくなり、

『新作作りを支援したい方』にとっては、MUKが本制作に割く時間を増やすことで新作発表のペースがあがる。

そうなればいいなと思い、閲覧期限（私にとっては逃れられないノルマ感）を撤廃しました。

今はTinyEvilの子たちにとってひとつの『旬』なのだと思います。

私自身は生きてる限り大好きな少女達をだらだら描き続けるつもりですが、あの子たちとコラボして何かを作りたいという方が現れる機会って、そんなにあるもんじゃないと思うんですよね。

そこで、握りしめていた片手を少し緩めて、今しか掴めないものを掴もうと決心しました。

どの道、『脱衣差分』や『本制作と関係ないスケッチ』も自分のために続けたいので支援サイトの更新は続けます。

ただ、月単位ではなく、長期でバランスをとれるようにさせてください。

TinyEvilシリーズのペースアップと新たな展開。これが今の、最大限の皆様への還元だと信じています。

Happy New Year everyone! For me, this is my once-a-year day to write a coherent piece of writing. I will do my best. If you are busy, please just take a look at [IMPORTANT].

■Year in Review 2023

・I wanted to draw more comics...

To summarize in conclusion, the year went like this.

We don't have anything to show or information to share yet, but we are currently working with a company on an animated audio production of TinyEvil. I was so excited, "TinyEvil's audio work? Then I wanted to be tortured like this!" And since I was in charge of the script for all 130 minutes of the show, I actually texted a lot last year.

Also, specifics have not yet been discussed, but TinyEvil's character will appear in a erotic social game. I will be in charge of the illustrations. I am looking forward to it!

Until now, I have drawn the Tiny Evil girls by myself, adoring them. In the future, with the help of teams other than my own, I may be able to make these girls bloom in a different way and in a different place than before. It is exciting to think so. I think that 2023 was a period for planting those seeds.

On the other hand, writing scripts and editing ARTBOOK was really harder than I expected, and it was a frustrating year that I was not able to draw more comic than I expected.(estimates are really unreliable, aren't they?) I started a short comic series called "Petit☆Pako” so that I could publish a story in a short span of time, but.... Hmmm.

"Now that a media-mix-like development is about to take place, the serialization of the main series must not be delayed."

It is our home motto.

This year, I would like to reevaluate how I allocate my resources and use my time more, and sincerely devote the time you have given me to the Tiny girls.

Speaking of time, I lost a lot of time in dealing with pixiv's L**i restriction (hiding posts). We fear that we may no longer be able to post l**i on pixiv as well as BOOTH and FANBOX where payment is involved. We are taking a safety measure, so please read through the following if you have not yet done so. Participation is free.

■ [IMPORTANT] Removal of viewing deadlines!

The management policy of the support site is changed as follows.

・Expiration date for viewing ¥300 limited content: No deadline for the time being (*Until the contents are included in the DL product)

Previously, you could only see posts from the last three months, including the month you joined, but after the December 2023 postings, there will be no expiration date for viewing. No matter when you join, you will be able to view the posts from December 2023.

However, if we release an art book in the future, the contents included in that book will be added a deadline for membership (the release date of that book). Those who join after the book's release date will no longer be able to view them.

This means that all content in the ￥300 plan will be available all the time until it is released as a DL version.

The frequency of releasing DL versions is as follows

：Comic (Petit Paco) ... Every year or so (I hope to release it)

：Collection of limited contents ... Every 2 to 3 years? (Whether or not to release it is also undecided)

As an image, the latest four or five episodes of comic and a limited posts for several years starting in December 2023 will be available for unlimited viewing at any time.

The decisions made accordingly are as follows

：Discontinuation of monthly archive sales on BOOTH, etc. (Because it is possible to see all of them at any time with the ￥300 plan)

：Discontinuation of ￥150 plan and ￥700 plan (For simplification)

The monthly ” Theme Archive” will continue to be available with a time limit for viewing. Instead, we will eventually re-post contents that are no longer available on the 300 yen plan because they are included in the DL product. Therefore, the concept of ”You can find everything old and new here” will not change.

■Intent of Policy Change

The reason why we decided to expand the viewing period is the result of a review of resource allocation, which we talked about earlier in the review.

Simply put, we want to loosen up the differential creation process and concentrate more on the production of the work.

At the same time, I thought it would be good if those who want to purchase the limited contens could more easily obtain the contents, and for those who want to support the creation of new works, the pace of new releases would increase (because MUK would have more time to devote to the production of the book), and everyone would be happy.

Therefore, I have eliminated the viewing deadline (for me, a quota that I cannot escape).

I think this is one ”season” for the TinyEvil girls.

I myself intend to continue drawing my favorite girls as long as I live, but I don't think there are that many opportunities for people who want to collaborate with those girls to create something.

So I decided to loosen my grip a little and grab what I can only grab now.

In any case, I will continue to update the support site because I want to continue ”undressing diffs” and ”sketches unrelated to works” for my own sake. However, please let me be able to balance the work not on a monthly basis, but on a long-term basis. We believe that increasing the pace of the TinyEvil series and new developments is the greatest return we can give to you.
