表題の通り、Twitter凍結されました！

私的には使い勝手の悪い絵投げ場くらいにしか思っていなかったので、再開はしません！

Twitterもフォローしてくれていた方々へ

この場を借りてですが、今までありがとうございました。

チェックしてくれていた方はわかると思いますが、私がTwitterで出していた情報やイラストはpixivやFANBOXとほぼ同じだったので、困る人もそういないかな～と思ってます。

Twitterを一から再開する手間をかけるなら、同じ労力を使ってもっと世界中の人にリーチできる他のイラストSNSを模索します。

ということで、ご自身がよく使ってるイラスト系SNSで、MUKに参加してほしいものがあればぜひ教えてください！

できればロリエロに寛容で、海外ユーザーさんも多いやつ！

本来、夢の世界をお見せするのが私のお仕事ですから、皆さまに現実を突き付けるような話をするのは好きではありません。

とはいえ、創作ロリを生業にし、今後も本気で続けていきたい奴が自分の考えやスタンスを明らかにしておくことも大事だろうと思いしたためました。

■Twitterルールの一部抜粋

今回の凍結に関して、私に関係のありそうな文面をいくつか抜粋してみましょう。

Twitterでは、児童の性的搾取に該当するコンテンツやこれを助長する行為を一切禁止しており、非常に深刻なTwitterルール違反とみなします。

これには画像/動画、テキスト、イラスト、コンピューターで作成した画像が含まれます。

児童の性的搾取についての表示、共有、またはリンクを貼ることは、その意図にかかわらず、描写された児童の再犠牲者化につながります。

児童の性的搾取を助長または賛美することで児童を危険にさらしうるコンテンツも同様です。

このポリシーの解釈において、未成年者とは18歳未満の者をいいます。

児童の性的搾取を描写または助長するコンテンツには以下が挙げられます。

■ロリ規制に関して思うこと

こうした議論で大事なことは、まずリアルロリと創作ロリを明確に区別することです。

リアルロリには犠牲者が存在しますが、創作ロリには犠牲者が存在しません。

そして、区別した上で「創作ロリ＝児童の性的搾取を助長するコンテンツ」だとTwitter社が思っている以上は、それはもう仕方ないよね～っていうのが私の感想です。

ちなみに現在の日本の法律では、「リアルロリのアダルトコンテンツは頒布・所持に至るまで明確に違法。創作ロリに関しては、それが本当に性犯罪を助長する効果があるのか調査中」です。

私も現実世界の児童の性的搾取については断じて反対です。

このことは一度しっかり明言しておきます。

そのうえで、「創作ロリ＝児童の性的搾取を助長するコンテンツ」とは考えていません。

まず前提として、誰でも年齢や体形に性的嗜好の偏りがあるのと同じに、ロリに対する嗜好は確率で発生する単なる個性の幅だと考えています。

要するに、ロリ創作物が存在しようがしまいが好きな人は好きってことです。

ロリ嗜好が普遍的な欲求のひとつである以上、そうした欲求を満たす創作物に対する需要も普遍的です。

普遍的な需要を抑圧すれば流通がアングラ化し、禁酒法時代のように反社会組織の財源になり、臭いものに蓋をされた世間は関心を失い、一番肝心なはずの現実世界の児童性犯罪がますます表に出なくなる可能性があります。

(児童性犯罪の約７割は父親によるものであり、明るみに出にくい上に犯行の証明や行政の監視が難しいことが大きな問題のひとつである)

私は、創作ロリがそうした欲求に対する緩衝材(＝リアル犯罪の抑止力・代替品／リアル犯罪に対する民衆の関心を維持する装置)として機能してるんじゃないか、くらいに思っています。

これに関してはちゃんと調べたわけではないので、個人の願望にすぎないのだけど。

いずれにせよ、創作物（虚構）の禁止が本質的な問題（現実の犯罪）の解決になるほど単純な世界ではないし、「禁止」で人をコントロールするのが難しいということは、歴史を見ても今の世界を見ても明らかだよね、というのが私の意見です。

ここまでが私の意見。

では、ここでもう一度Twitterルールの問題に話を戻します。

Twitter社にとって一番重要な問題は、「児童性犯罪の撲滅」ではなく、「児童性犯罪に一切加担しないブランドイメージ」ですから、Twitterに対して「創作ロリの禁止で児童性犯罪が減ると本当に思っているのか！？」と問い詰めることは、実は少しお角違いなんですよね。

目的が違うので議論は平行線。

そのため、今回の凍結の件に関しても私は特段憤っているわけでも、Twitterの在り方にどうこう言うつもりもなく、Twitter社が「Twitterをこういう場にしたい」というポリシーを持つこと自体は尊重されてしかるべきだと考えています。

尊重した上で、私はポリシーが合わないので大人しく去りますよ～っていうだけです。

ただ、ここまでの話はあくまでTwitterというイチSNSの話をしているにすぎないから「別にいんじゃない？」で済んでいるのですが、今後世界中のプラットフォームが創作ロリを徹底的に排除し、発信・閲覧できる場が本当にゼロになってしまった日には、創作ロリがアングラ化し、世の中に"健全な"エロ絵ばかりが跋扈するディストピアの到来だな～と感じます。

■万一、創作ロリが法律で禁じられた場合のMUKの活動は…

では、いつか本当に「創作ロリ＝現実の児童の性的搾取を助長するコンテンツ」であることが科学的に証明され、法律で禁じられてしまったら…。

現実の少女らが犠牲になるのを助長することは私の望むところではないので、その時はロリのエロ描写はやめるつもりです。

だた、改めて確認させて欲しい、私の創作コンセプトを。

■What I think about the regulation of loli

The important thing in such discussions is to first make a clear distinction between real loli and creative loli. Real loli has its victims, but creative loli has no victims.

And if Twitter thinks that ”creative loli is content that encourages sexual exploitation of children,” then there's nothing I can do about it.
