Update fanbox rewards (Pixiv Fanbox)

I have decided to add something else to the fanbox rewards. Plan "A". From now on you will be able to vote for the characters you want in polls, join discord for this. Plan "B" and Plan "C" From now on you will be able to suggest candidates for polls, join Discord and suggest your favorite characters for polls. Currently these changes are on hold, I will be activating these activities coming soon, please make sure you read the rules and see how the voting system will be.
