This is the 21st shot/loop, thought it turned out pretty well.

The room is dark, with glowing machinery and glinting surgical equipment around her. As she becomes more aware, she realizes to her horror that her neck stump is mounted to a plethora of tubes and wires affixed to a base, keeping her alive. She hears overhead lights click on and the fluorescence illuminates her body. She gasps at what has become of her former body. It's standing still, dressed in lingerie and her neck is patched with a metal disk topped with an antenna. The door opens and we see the man from earlier enter with a remote. He waves it at her head in a condescending way as she fumes and glares at him. The man boots up the remote and directs her body to strut around, sexily teasing her. Her head blushes then exclaims as her body picks up her head and shoves it into her crotch.

Her body forces the head to eat it out. Her head is trying not let the situation get the better of her, but she finds herself getting really into it. Her body arches back and cums, squirting onto her head. We see the body's neck collar smoking and beeping; her body falls back, dropping the head onto the floor. It starts spasming again as the man shakes his head and hits a button on the wall. More headless women in tight nursing uniforms, with similar devices on their necks come in and drag the squirming body out. The man leaves the room after them, abandoning the head on the floor. From her perspective on the cold ground, then head can see the wall she is facing full of other womens heads, mounted onto similar wired bases. The lights flick off and the animation ends. Haha, yeah its a lot and very extensive, but the whole setup made me imagine competing spy organizations, and the woman we see in this is part of one, and also harkening back to the previous assassin/spy one.
