I’m not gonna lie, if I was in this situation I would choose Yeowoon over my grandma. Not because I don’t love my grandma, but Yeowoon is young. He has his whole life in front of him. If he chose Yeowoon over his grandma he’s taking away maybe a few years of her life before she would die regardless. With Yeowoon you’re taking away his whole life. Yeowoon could possibly stay with him and make memories with Myungha for the rest of his life. If I were him I would decide to cherish the memories I already had with my grandma and decide to save Yeowoon. If the grandma really loves him she would want him to choose that as well.

Ahh so glad you reacted to this, it’s a great one! I want to recommend more indie style korean bls. My favorites are “Blueming” and “The Eighth Sense”. The storyline in both of these is so realistic and heartwarming and the depiction of personal struggles is very real…totally a slice of life. also great cinematography, chemistry and acting. Would love to watch it again alongside you!!

Myungha decided to remain with Yeowoon in episode 7, utilizing his 24-hour decision period, which explains why he didn't reclaim his 100 days at the end; his choice had already been made. He had no intention of ending their relationship but chose to do so upon realizing that Yeowoon was no longer happy with him, especially knowing his own impending disappearance. Myungha had accepted his fate and would have stayed by Yeowoon's side to the end if Yeowoon had remained happy. The gift Myungha intended for Yeowoon was the medals Yeowoon had earned but were sold by his father. Recognizing the significance of Yeowoon's achievements, Myungha retrieved them as a gesture of honoring Yeowoon's hard work.

The woman that remembers Myungha was actually his girlfriend in his previous timeline (it was explain in the novel). That could explain why she remembers him because, just like the grandmother, she's an existence of his previous life. She was the one breaking up with him in the flashback, telling him that he didn't know how to love.
