the technology in current timeline like ww1 but initial tech of airplane. but as you say what if in next 200years?, I think if tech research not stop they will complete develop other weapon, like a tank in ss4 ep1 it's can shoot piecing reiner, armor titan, so titan also like a giant physical body. not hard to kill if you let them research enough, that's why eren destroy liberio in first half of ss4 for stop they strengh of military for a short time. except eren not attack first they gonna be attack a hole island with tank and battleship and air strike so island tech can't defend themselve. that why eren attack first and took zeke for do a zeke plan's (not zeke's hidden plan)

Pieck was so convincing (and epic), when I first saw this episode she had me until I noticed Galliard amongst the soldiers. Definitely a great example of Pyxis's advice about telling a good lie, "sometimes, you've gotta mix the truth into it." I really enjoyed the reaction, commentary, and analysis as always. I know you both expressed how deep and complex this story is and some worries with keeping up, but I wouldn't worry as I've been nothing but impressed with how much you observe and comprehend, truly a pleasure to watch!

Armin was touched because Eren isn't as crazy as they thought. They thought Eren lost his mind, just acting on anger wanting revenge. So when they learned that there's a "good" reason behind all his doing, they know Eren is still sane and just doing whatever it takes to achieve that "peace". Not necessarily agreeing with Eren. I think he was just relieved that Eren is not that crazy (yet).

I'll try to explain why the titan punched the zeke in the gut. I'm not a doctor, so I can't explain in detail, I just know that the belly has a healing effect. A friend of mine got a nasty wrist wound a few years ago working with a high-pressure gun. He got some oil in his blood and almost died from it. The doctors wanted to amputate his arm because it looked bad, but luckily someone was capable and had dealt with it before so he knew what to do. So from the amputation it was that he would have a hand but no wrist, then that he would have a wrist but without a few fingers, and finally he had his whole hand and all his fingers because he had his hand sewn in his stomach for several months, had several plastic surgeries and has the lifelong consequence of having a twisted and immobile middle finger, which is still better than not having a wrist or a whole hand.
