Good reaction. Have to agree with you this was not a good episode. I think they tried to shove three plots into an episode that really should have been one or two plot episode. The cult plot needed to be almost the whole episode to really work. Hell Josie ended up with a necklace but we didn’t see how that happened. With you about Finch being an alpha rethread storyline. It would have been so annoying, at least RAF did it to help Landon. Finch just didn’t want be low person of the pack and whatever hazing that entails.

This season was written around 20 episodes. Because of all the different covid delays the season was recently shortened to 16 episodes and won't actually end with the planned season finale. The show runner has made it known that he is just as frustrated as the fans at all the breaks in this season but that was all because of the pandemic. The last 4 episodes of season 3 are being filmed right now and will air in the fall when the show comes back for season 4.

Finch doesn't want to be the alpha. She also doesn't really care about being the lowest rank member. She wants to change outdated traditions in the pack like hazing.

To be fair finch triggered her curse sometime between the ages of like 8 and 12 so shes probably been a wolf longer than jed but she is new to both the larger supernatural world and pack structure.

Jed should've just accepted a fight to the death and ripped her throat out, sure Jo might've been upset after, but I mean, she's getting a new love interest every season, and there's only two episodes of this season left, so she'll get over it) But when it was going like Finch is gonna just win her alpha status I was pissed at the show, still kinda salty that she just gave him some sort of a pity win........but that moment at the bonfire was sweet, and I love Jed, so guess that's fine) I actually liked all the witch cult stuff, thought it was funny, especially the girls tripping at the end with the pandas and all that, could've used more time on that...... ......and less time on that MG plot, why was it here? I mean, I'm glad we got Wendigo, 'cause it's never a Wendigo(kek). But why dangle the MG on the ripper bender plot in front of me, with me imagining people without their heads, and not delivering on it. Even brought Dorian into it to sell this sh!t Is Clarke coming back or not? Why show the actor, why show these flashbacks? I'm setting myself for dissapointment again, but last episode was great, this one was not( P.S. Like Zach said the season was supposed to be 20 eps, I didn't know about the shortenage when I wrote that comment you were reading. P.P.S. Maybe Clarke is the Darth Vader guy?!
