Chapter 4

Chapter 5 Stress Relief

Yoshimori’s father was pleased to have his sons in the house together, he cranked up the cooking to an 11, putting out a spread as if they had 15 guests instead of just the five of them.

Apparently Masamori had emailed their father of his incoming visit, but he’d been so busy he hadn’t checked his mail in a few days. “You should just get a cell phone.”

“I’m not much for new technology, I only learned the computer to make sending my manuscripts easier on my editor.” As the two talked tech, all of it was flying over the Grandfather’s head.

“I can show you it’s easy, and phones are quite cheap now a days.”

“Really?”

“You are a kekkaishi, why did you not send a shikigami!?”

“But emailing and texts are so much faster.”

‘One good thing with Masamori here, at least he’s got grandpa off my back for a time.’

Masa and the elder were bickering, old school vs new school, with their dad trying to keep the peace.

Dinner was tight, as per tradition the brothers all sat on one side, with all three there it was cramped. Yoshi asked to sit either across from his Grandpa or beside his dad, only to get yelled at by the old man. “Then I’ll eat in my room then.” Using his kekkai he grabbed some food and left the table.

The old man tried to chastise him but Yoshi wasn’t in the mood to deal with him. Masa was able to turn his mood around offering to play him in a game of Go, with Toshi seeking to play a game of Shogi after. “You learned to play Shogi?” Masa asked.

Toshi smiled. “I did, Brother Yoshi taught me.”

“He did did he?”

-x-

His dad made so much he didn’t want it to go to waste, so he invited Kouya and Madarao into his room to partake. “Oh don’t be so down, your skills have been improving greatly.”

“Maybe…” He stared at his hand.

“I don’t know anything about Kekkaishi business, but even I can see you are different than that girl or that guy.” Kouya said.

“Yeah maybe…” The two wolves shared a look. They could see the boy’s progress, it was bad enough he was always being dogged by Tokine and yelled at by the old man, but Masa seemed to have a weird hold over the boy’s mood.

“Don’t lose heart Yoshi, just keep doing things your way, at the end of the night, it’s results that matter.” The two retired for the morning.

Breakfast was an equally extravagant affair. Yoshi was able to get some food and get some for his beasts without seeing Masa. He went off to school.

Even without seeing the man, his brother was on Yoshimori’s mind. What made things worse is that Tokine actually talked to him at school and it was about Masa. “Will Masamori be joining us tonight?”

“How should I know, if you’re so curious go ask him yourself!” He snapped at her. It was always like this, when Masa did the job Tokine was always swooning over him.

‘Really what did I see in her.’ He was realizing whatever feelings he had for Tokine were rotting away like a not cared for plant. Not that it wasn’t for the best. She used to be so nice to him and doing this job night after night, many could theorize how or why he’d develop feelings, but with the kind of person she was...yeah…

Like hell he was gonna play messenger between them. “Why are you so rude, see if I talk to you again.” She huffed and walked off.

‘She acts like we talked at school all the time or something.’ Looking back he was often alone, left to brood and sulk while the other two had fun. ‘She was the one who said not to talk to her at school unless it was important.’

Masa Masa Masa...it’s all anyone seemed to want to talk about. ‘Am I a bad brother...no it’s not my fault we have such a crummy relationship...is it?’ Despite being awake all day he couldn’t focus.

Even with everything he’s tried to accomplish Masamori just made him feel weak. He could tune out his grandpa’s bs, but just Masa’s very presence made him feel like the “little brother”. The stress was eating at him.

It sucked feeling like this, because they were brothers, he didn’t want to hate his brother, or wish he wasn’t around. He was so worked up he couldn’t even take his school nap.

School felt like walking underwater, heavy and hard to breathe, not that coming home felt much better. “I’m home…”

No response. “Dad? Grandpa?” He called out.

“They are out.” It was Masamori.

‘Fucking hell…’ His dad was doing grocery shopping and grandpa was running errands of his own.

“Why don’t you have a seat, I’ve made some tea.” Yoshi was gonna turn him down, but he also brought snacks.

The two sat across from each other and the tension could be felt. Despite being so close they could reach out and touch each other, there was an air that made it feel like they were miles apart.

“Gramps and I had a long talk, he told me about your progress lately.”

“Oh I’m sure.” He was always ranting about the right way and wrong way of things. His new age grandson was always a disappointment.

“I’ll admit, even I’m surprised you broke Madarao’s seal, made a new one, and even tamed another wolf. Some might call that impressive.” He took a sip of his tea. “Others might call it recklessness and dumb luck.”

“Could you make this quick? I’d like to take a nap.”

“Ah that reminds me, Tokine-chan has gotten quite pretty hasn’t she?” He mentions he hadn’t seen her in about 3-4 years.

“Has she?” He had a snack and drank some tea.

“Do you still like her?”

“No, that ship has sailed, crashed, and sank to the bottom of the sea.”

“Oh and Tokine always seemed like a sweet girl. Is there another girl you’re interested in, or perhaps a boy…” Yoshi was caught off guard by the question he spat his tea out. ‘He’s so easy to read.’

“That’s none of your business!”

“Well it is a little, I am your big brother, is it so wrong of me to know what’s going on with my little brother?”

“So I’m your little brother when it’s convenient?”

“What’s that?”

“Did you forget, just as you haven’t seen Tokine in years, you haven’t seen me either. Not a call, not a note, nothing in years. I had to hear about your fancy new job from total strangers.”

“Well that’s…” Yoshi had him there. “Ahem, well to the point. Gramps told me you’ve been studying the heir scrolls, but you are still using force and power when you fight.”

Yoshimori glared at him. “What is this a lecture?”

“Yeah it is.”

“Good,” He got up from the table.

“Where are you going?”

“I’m leaving, don’t think you can waltz back in here and start giving me lectures. I don’t even listen to gramps and he lives here.” He tried to leave only to be caught in a barrier. “Let me out!”

“No, you are going to listen to me.” Yoshi touched the barrier Masamori put up, it was quite strong. “You need to think a little more about your actions, as the legitimate heir you have more advantages than a regular kekkaishi.”

‘Not this again.’

“Yoshimori, do you not understand the advantage the enemies of Karasumori have?”

“Advantage? Isn’t it that they get stronger by being at the site?”

“No that’s their objective. Their advantage is that they know of Kekkaishi and their techniques to some extent. Sooner or later the basics of a kekkaishi won’t be enough to save you. You need to get stronger, master more fundamentals and tackle more advanced techniques.”

He broke down last night’s fight as an example, the ayakashi used foul odor to weaken their familiar’s senses, left shells around as a distraction and to buy time, it even honed it’s shell and claws to withstand their attacks and cut through their barriers. “We don’t know what abilities they have, but they are aware of our skills, with this information they can prepare and become a problem.”

Masamori continued his lecture explaining how the kekkai aren’t just useful for catching things, demonstrating this by placing his cup in a barrier, Yoshi watched as the cup phased through the barrier but the tea remained caught inside. “So you know Tokine is miles ahead of you in lessons, training, and usage skills.”

‘Well no shit she’s older then me, she’s been doing this longer than me.’ He wanted to snap back saying she didn’t come up with the shikigami combo like he did and that he doubted she’d have been able to reseal Hakubi if she broke his seal.

“Gramps isn’t very pleased about that you know.”

Yoshimori couldn’t help but laugh. “What’s so funny?”

“Dunno maybe I’m just tired, you are just so out of the loop it’s funny.”

“What?” He raised a brow.

“When I try to study I’m insulted and mocked, even when I perfect a technique it’s never good enough. I don’t care about the competition between our families, frankly I think it’s stupid since we’re supposed to be protecting the site together.”

“This isn’t a game Yoshimori. If I was to attack Karasumori, that castle would be mine in one night!” His glare was cold.

Though it didn’t effect Yoshi as he expected. His hand balled into a fist. “I really do hate you…” Masa’s eyes widened. “Why does no one care at all what I think. You walk in now and say this crap, do you even remember what you said to me when I asked you to help me with training.”

Truth is...he didn’t…

Yoshi remembered. “I’ve asked help from Gramps before, but because I don’t do it exactly his way he gets mad and scolds me, why would I keep turning to him if that’s what I get? Mom’s not around, you left, Dad’s not a kekkaishi, and when I asked Tokine for advice she laughed and insulted me.” He banged his fist on Masa’s barrier and surprisingly cracked it. “This job isn’t easy, and I feel like I have no one to turn to or lean on at all. I can’t even ask a question without being insulted or hit.”

He began to tear up. “I never asked to be the heir, and even you turned your back on me and walked away. You want to take that castle then fucking do it, see how far you get.” A pulse of power was felt and Yoshi blew a hole in Masamori’s barrier.

Emotion + Yoshimori’s raw power. Masamori wasn’t stupid he knew why Yoshimori worked so hard was to protect people, he cared about life and didn’t want people to get hurt. Given this situation he should have handled things like a big brother, his brother was hurting, but that’s not what he saw. “You’re still such a child. I’m telling you to think logically, control your emotions, there’s too many situations where emotional thinking won’t hold up. Do you still not understand the importance of this job?”

“I do!” Yoshi snapped. “It’s not just the lives of the people at school or even the neighborhood, if an ayakshi grows too strong it could threaten the city and even the whole world!”

“Then you need to stop screwing around and wise up, you’re the successor after all…” Those words made Yoshi’s heart break.

What Masa didn’t remember is he’s said those words to Yoshi before. When Yoshimori once asked him for help with his training he said. “Well there’s nothing I can show you, you’re the successor after all.” What he didn’t see or understand is he like his grandfather and Tokine were treating Yoshi as the successor and not a person.

They were expecting him to be perfect in whatever being the successor and legitimate heir meant. “Great talk Masamori...let’s do it again in another four years.” He walked out.

‘Did I push too hard…’ Too hard and in the worst possible way. Even now Masa couldn’t see the stress that was eating away at Yoshimori’s mind, body, and soul.

-x-

Madarao and Kouya felt the deep vicious well of emotions and came to check on him. Sure enough, Yoshi was wide awake, starring at the palm of his hand. He had a barrier up, but it was specially crafted barrier only rejecting his Gramps and Masamori. ‘They keep treating me like I’m stupid, does this stupid symbol have any value, does it really mean anything?’

“You need to sleep Yoshi, you’ll need to be up soon, and fighting without sleep isn’t good.” No response.

Clearly his emotions were all ramped up, at this rate he won’t sleep, and he’ll be in bad shape tonight. Kouya shot Madarao a look, who nodded.

A quick change and the two were in their anthro forms. “Yoshi~!” Their paws were swift, removing his clothing and stripping him bare.

Yoshi found himself sandwiched between two fluffy bodies. “Guys?” They nuzzled against him, like dogs sensing sadness. “Ohhh~!”

The fur tickled his most intimate areas. “Pay the pests no mind, a flea does not understand the might of a wolf.”

“Huh?”

Madarao licked his cheek. “You are strong Yoshi, not by following another’s lead or path but by doing things your way.”

“Keep the path you wish to walk, protect what you want to protect, and keep getting stronger.” Kyouya added.

“We’ll be here for you, our master!”

Yoshi was nuzzled and licked. Their soft paws running over his form, his body marked by scars and bruises, a sign of the fierce battles he’s put himself through. No one bothered to see him, what he put himself through, the trials he’s gone through already, or the weight on his shoulders he’s carried at such a young age. ‘All they see is this…’ Madarao held Yoshi’s hand, covering the mark. ‘We see you.’

Their rubbing and licking stirred Yoshimori’s loins. “Let us help you relax.” Kouya said with a smirk.

A nod from Yoshi was all it took and the two moved down his body. They double teamed his cock, licking and lapping along his length. “Ohhhh~!” Yoshimori trembled.

His penis was bathed by long and talented tongues, both seeking out his pleasure and his pleasure alone. Any pre-cum that spilled out was quickly lapped away. “Nnnn aaahhh!” Not that his cock wasn’t glistening with saliva.

Kouya added some extra gusto by letting his tongue grace Yoshimori’s balls before running along his length.

With two eager tongues working his shaft it was no surprise when Yoshi came, his seed splashing onto the wolve’s faces. “Aaaaahhhhh~!”

Yoshimori trembled riding the waves of orgasm as the two licked each other clean. The wolves weren’t done with their master, not as Madarao began to wolf down his cock with such ease and Kouya began to suck on his balls. “You guys...fuck...I just came I…”

They ignored him simply letting his protests melt into moans. Madarao was good with his tongue, even as he sucked he let the talented muscle caress and work the shaft. When the tip was in range he gave the head a tongue lashing.

Another orgasm ripped through Yoshi, his body trembling as his balls unleashed his pent up seed. Madarao drank him down, not wasting a drop as he pulled back. “Your cum is so delicious Yoshi!”

Yoshimori blushed.

Kouya went after his dick next, sucking him down to the root and burying his nose in his thick nest of manly hair. “Ohhh~!” Kouya bobbed his back and forth sucking hard on Yoshimori’s sensitive length.

He had the boy’s toes curling in delight. His tongue was a bit more forceful slipping out to swipe at Yoshi’s nuts. He liked the taste of the boy’s balls, equally as much as he enjoyed juggling them on his tongue.

Madarao didn’t style idle either, he moved back and spread Yoshimori’s cheeks letting his tongue lovingly caress his puckered hole. “Mada...Kou...aaaahhhh~!”

Another orgasm rocks Yoshi, he cums down the dark wolf’s throat and Kouya sucks on him greedily, drinking his seed and milking some spurts from his length.

A shift in positions occurred with Madarao holding Yoshi to his fluffy pecs and Kouya was at his ass. If Madarao ate him out, Kouya tongue fucked him, thrusting his tongue as deep as it would go and let it wiggle its way out.

Madarao held him tenderly letting his furry body act as Yoshi’s pillow, he ran his paws through Yoshi’s hair.

With each orgasm Yoshimori’s stress left with his seed, his mind was taken off things for awhile, he didn’t have to think about anything just feel and enjoy this moment.

As Kouya tongue fucked another release out of him his vision went dark. The two cuddled against him, keeping him safe and warm.

That night Yoshi was found between Madarao and Kouya, he wasn’t moving and no amount of yelling would wake him. “Yoshi! Get up you lazy worm!” His barrier was pounded on but wasn’t budging. “That damn boy, he’s wasting his potential.” The grandfather grumbled.

“Yoshimori works hard father, he did seem a little off today maybe he’s sick?” He was worried about his son.

“It might be my fault, we had an...argument earlier today and maybe a bit last night.” Masamori said.

“Oh no!” His father chided. “You boys mustn’t fight, its good for you brothers to get along.”

“Right father, I know, I was just worried about his progress is all. I’ll help guard the Karasumori site tonight, let him rest.”

The grandfather sighed. “Very well, it wouldn’t do to have the legitimate heir collapsing due to poor health.”

“Come along Madarao, Kouya!” Masamori ordered.

“No!” The two said in unison.

“What?”

“Our master is Yoshimori, not you, as such we will stay by his side.” The two fixed Masamori with a firm glare, and he couldn’t bully them as he could others, especially not in front of his family.

“Madarao, you are still indebted to this family and must serve as guide.” The hound clicked his tongue, he had forgotten about that, new seal or no, he had made a pact with this family.

“I hold no such debt, I’m staying here.” Kouya said and wrapped his tails around Yoshimori defensively.

“After some rest, I’m sure Yoshimori will be ready to go to Karasumori.” Madarao slipped from his anthro form back to his spiritual form and followed after Masamori.

To be continued...Masa and Tokine
Masa touches base with Tokine, and Madarao chews him out for insulting Yoshi. Masa had planned to test Yoshimori but that could wait another night.
