I'm sorry you are having issues accessing the video. This is a bug with Patreon, we have complained on multiple occasions, but the bug is inconsistent and only happens for some users so they are unable to track it down. Please open a bug report with them directly (I cannot do it on your behalf) and let me know if they are unable to fix it. If this is happening for other videos as well I recommend opening separate bug reports for each video. In my experience they are unable to universally fix the issue, it just gets fixed for a single video at a time.
