Is Andrew Tate Right About Therapy?

Noted Youtuber, former kickboxer, and current rich man Andrew Tate doesn't like therapy because it's not scientific enough. So of course the evidence for his criticism consists of one anecdote from his time on a reality show, and several stories involving famous people, none of which leads to the conclusion that Tate tries to stretch to. As a licensed therapist I think therapy should be criticized, just like everything else, but sometimes we need to make sure we're thinking logically when we sit down to record a Youtube video for hundreds of thousands of people.
