How long has Ashley lived in America and not tried Hawwain Rolls ?

As a Latin American, the whole "were going into third world countries to do some poverty tourism and take down some dictators" trope really makes me cringe. Like, I know it's well intentioned and I have enjoyed such stories in the past, but I'm happy that Birds of Prey moved away from that. I do get that they were meant to show how caring they are, but they come off as paternalistic at best to me.

Yeah. It's one of the things about the series that really dates it. It seems the movie won't be taking those notes either, so hopefully we can consider the poverty tourism a thing of the past for the BoP. Really appreciate you bringing up this point, Ramon.
