I just wanted to say happy New Years! I hope the year is looking well on your end. How did the resolutions go (coffee I think)? Or any new this year? I just wanted to ask, I know some people don’t like them. I’m not sure for me, but definitely more regular fitness now that you mention it if I manage (I’ve nothing for winter, biking in summer), and plants (fingers crossed to make white/yellow wonder strawberry jam if possible). I really need fairness on one end and I’m not sure whether to leave, a traumatic thing pulls at so much and broke every aspect of my life/brain, some is back, and it might take me a decade or more for something to matter or for bonds to work again the way I’m noticing. I hope whether I leave or not soon to see a first fair or safe ok thing on one end. My brain has frozen how therapy was so absurdly safe and ok so often since October. Otherwise if some of that can be found in therapy it’s relieving, we still want a specialist hopefully, so that’s a goal. Also we had leaps planned for Jan/Feb, and maybe positive re-enactments could help? I might ask what they think about it. I might not be ready for these audios at all, I’ve no idea what to do and it does feel like a genuine concern, confusing and writhing at times, but it’s ok. But for sure fitness wise I need a really long walk soon and less writing or figuring my brain all day with the weather and low sun. I might need to find anything safe, secure and grounding, nothing has been helping, the therapist has been assuring and helping explain it’s safe there which helps, but that’s a slow process. Apart from seeking help/support this year, I’ve been getting excited about maybe gardening or growing a lot of veggies lately. Maybe raised beds for my balcony, for cucumbers etc. I’ve never gardened or grown veggies before. The place is starting to feel warm since NYE so I’ve felt safe a little just to say

Thank you for the audios, Skitty! I haven’t been checking Patreon as much lately since my schedule is packed most of the time, but you’re still my favorite, don’t worry. ^_^ For post workout meals, I’ve been typically eating: ~4-7 oz of salmon or pacific whiting ~200-400g of white rice with lime, or potatoes ~100-200g of steamed veggies (usually broccoli or cauliflower), if there’s no veggies or if I’m short on time, then a whole can of black beans ~coconut aminos ~Olive oil for cooking As for my protein shake: ~2 scoops MuscleMilk-Pro Protein Powder (50g Protein) ~10g creatine ~2 raw eggs ~8-16 oz water or milk ~maybe some pomegranate juice too The secret to all of this? Mini rice cookers and a bullet blender. 20-30 minutes before I end my workout I take a few seconds to walk to the kitchen, press all the start buttons, then go back to exercise. Fish only takes 10 minutes to cook, so I do that post-workout, along with my protein shake. Good series by the way
