Before I get started- Just a reminder that I'm starting work on SALIATOS season 2. I'm doing preliminary writing this month, and then starting production next month. More info here

Dylan's gonna return for music again, and I'm super excited. Also trying to secure some guest animators for some scenes I'm already really proud of... Don't wanna say who's involved yet but I'm very excited for this!!

Got some other stuff in the works, everything is looking awesome right now.

If you missed it, check out the Peninsula Siblings pilot animatic I uploaded here last week!

Also- I've been continuing to make shorts for Bento Box's A Studio Digital on Tiktok. Really recommend checking the page out because there's a lot of awesome shorts on there, and I've done and am doing work I'm super proud of for it. Maddie Brewer and I did a 6 episode miniseries making fun of internet drama called Froggyluvr96. There's a playlist on the page of that, as well as a playlist for my shorts. I just finished 2 more episodes of "Baby", which are gonna come out soon I think. Check it out!!

Also if you missed it- For $5+ patrons I did a livestream director commentary for The Final Exit of the Disciples of Ascensia with some bonus features that you can rewatch. Also if you havent I recommend checking out the other patreon livestreams I've done if you haven't. For example, the Barber Westchester commentary from December. Most of the other streams were me improvising a cartoon on the spot, and are pretty fun. All the livestreams are watchable after the fact.

And last but not least, if you're wondering where any of my old videos went, I just unlisted them. I'm trying to make my YouTube channel less cluttered. You can find most of the unlisted videos on this page on my website. If you can't find something, just ask me for a link.

OK, QnA time (again, sorry if I didn't answer your question- I try to not answer any stuff that constitutes as spoilers for my future stuff)

If I ever have a real budget, maybe! LOL

I actually find it really hard to relax unless I'm working on a big project. For example the months inbetween working on Barber and starting on Saliatos season 2 have been pretty brutal and my attention span is horrible and I feel insane all the time. I actually can only find time to relax if I'm scheduling it, and it's easier for me to schedule my life when I have an insane amount of work to do... Mama mia

So much that it's crazy! The movie actually really parallels some of the stuff I learned spiritually and emotionally during the course of making the movie. It's way more personal than it seems at first glance, and I think it's already very visibly personal.

Creative process wise- It completely uprooted everything for me in the best way possible. I think I've entered a new era of my work in general that I'm super excited about. I'm more in tune with my creative process than I ever have been and it's super intuitive now that it's hard to fully explain because there's so many insane little nuances to how everything works. It's fully personal in a way that's really exciting as an artist. Maybe I'll be able to explain more in the future.

Honestly, a really big thing for me was Bricks in Motion.com  when I was a kid. I learned more about animation by being a part of that community as a kid then I ever did in art school. There's tons of resources and stuff there, and an active community that's really focused on giving constructive critique and helping each other out. If you have the time and energy, taking brickfilms and stuff seriously can teach you so much about filmmaking in general, as well as figuring out your own personal process. Also check out this brickfilms wiki entry about me LOL

I have something awesome in the works that also applies to this question but I think it's too soon to talk about- But hopefully I can say more soon!!

I just wanted Lil P to be there LOL Lil P is based on my friend/collaborator Benni Quintero and I  just like when they're around. Not to say that it's impossible for the Peninsula and Wasteland to be connected,  maybe I can flesh that out more in the future.

OK, that's it for now. Blessings
