You can't see it from this close portrait, because it is not in the frame and Quinn is turned on the wrong side anyway, but she was wearing handcuffs behind her back in this moment.
Maybe it is just my imagination, because I already know this detail about the photo, but it appears to me that this restrain status somehow is reflecting in her eyes...
Whatever the reason, I love her expression!
