I tried my nutrition for better sleep and it was miraculous , i never slept so much and so deep on the first night ,of course it will take more than a day to see if it's working

For those interested , last meal of the day is

1) Lentils + mackerel 2) Banana + Kiwi 3) Milk + Honey 4) Herbal tea of idk what but it's for sleep for sure

Never tried kiwi alone but everything else sounds really good
