Okay.  We're getting into the nitty gritty of character animation now.

The character animation in Scene A is now done.  I still want to comb through it more with final touches and adjustments, but the scene is complete and all the character interactions are there,  Combing through it for final touches, but all the character animation is done.  Some VFX is still needed, but this will have to come at the end.  I wanna make all the final adjustments to it myself before I call it "done" done.

Scene B is coming along slowly.  I really want to stream animating this more.  I know exactly where it's going and what I want to do with it, I just have to get in the zone and take my time with it.

Scene C is the only scene with no progress.  I'm not worried about it, though, as it's very simple, and I already have all the animation cycles I need for it.

Scene D is further along.  I've been working on it a lot on my own, and now I'm working I'm working closely with an animator to bring a very distinct way of moving to one of the characters.  This was my favorite character in the writing process, and we're going to have to get their animation right to do a lot of the jokes justice.  Similar to the Snowvers in the last episode, this could very well be my favorite part of the episode if I can pull it off well.  There's still a lot to do, though, but this scene is coming along.

Scene F is also much further along.  I've been working closely with an animator who is focusing ONLY on F.  We've still got some ways to go, but I have a lot of faith.  It's really starting to come along, and it seems the biggest bottleneck is the time I take to critique and give notes - something I don't take lightly, but still want to be faster at.

Scene X is also further along.  I've been working with an artist on it, and will soon be working with another artist.  I finally got the shot in mind that I was stuck on, and can probably be much further along with it if I didn't have my hands full with the other scenes.  Right now, I'm waiting on the artist to do some final drafts of some of the shorts, and said artist doesn't have a lot of time to work on it.  A lot of this scene is going to be in the hands of other people, and I'll be focusing on the other scenes in the meantime.

It's now been ten years since episode 1 and that makes me quite frustrated, because I wanted to finish the series before 10 years passed.  Despite this, things are still in motion, and all I can do is keep going with it.  So far, the summer has given me some good time to flesh things out and produce, and I intend to keep doing it.

I'm guessing the storyboard sketch is for scene B

I wish I could dedicate myself to something for more than a few months, let alone 10 years, good work Shipp.

I always wanted to know if you were familiar with another more popular SFM Machinima channel called SMG4 and would you like to collab with them.
