Retro Arch core wrapper in progress. (Patreon)

I've been working on a generic wrapper for `libretro.h` conformant upstream projects.

This would allow much quicker and simpler porting of future cores, with the option to incrementally add more native bindings if need be.

This should help with, but not limited to, DosBox, Desmume (Nintendo DS), Dolphin (GameCube), PPSSPP (PSP), Play! (PS2) and Flycast (dreamcast).

I'm still looking for full time work after no less than 10 Apple interviews that all went to the final round before a NO. Meaning I spent easily 80 hours on calls in the last few months with them.
