Hey, a question. Do you need the hd art asset pack to access the in-game sex scene arts, or are they just not in the game atm? Because i can't find any of them. like the one above the more info part of your patreon description.

The HD art pack is actually for having access to the art files in their original, non-game form. If you want to just skip straight to the artwork, you can use the cheat code in the options menu to bring up the gallery, but if you want to see them in-game as normal, you have to find the scene they match up with. You don't need to match exactly - ie, you don't need two female Harians in the back alley to get the FF Harian back alley CG, but you do need at least one member of the given race in the specific scene that the CG's been assigned to. The general goal in that area is to have one 'representative' race CG for each citizen scene type, and then a CG for that race's specialty scene, as doing one for all combos would mean hundreds.
