Finally a release!

As mentioned earlier- this one is a cleaned up version of the last FR1 build.

Here is the list of changes since 1.08b:

- Added Pandora Box DX Support (All current versions)

- Added King of Air 2 Support

Display features (Aspect ratio, Sharp Pixels, Integer Scaling etc)

Removed Bilinear blur (VGA / HDMI)

Reduced screen tearing

Hold START for dipswitches

FBA core clock boost

FBA Presets (Uncensor Metal Slug, King of Fighters etc)

PlayStation Save Games (Character unlocks / Controllers set up)

New Skin for UI / Boot Video

Removed annoying clunk sound

Changed menu music

Full root access via Pandory.sh

Removed forced HD filter on KOA2

Loading Screen fixes

- Fixed FBA Core boost (PG3D / SAGA)
