Catastie Day 4: Street Market
After enjoying breakfast at the morning market, I bought some souvenirs for Alizée and then returned to our hotel room to store them in the fridge.
Let's enjoy dinner with Alizée tonight with this fish.

As for today's plans, I'm thinking of going to the street market later.
Even though I was warned that the stalls there might be selling items of dubious origins, there might be some hidden gems.
I don't plan on buying anything, but it wouldn't hurt to check it out.

Once that's decided, I wanted to head to the street market right away, but it seems they only open in the afternoon.
So, we'll have lunch at the hotel and wait until the afternoon to go.
Since the street market is far away, we'll take a shared carriage again.

When we arrived at the street market, it was as chaotic as expected.
Various items from various countries were displayed haphazardly, catching my interest.
Now, where should I start looking?

"Lady Lily, there's a stall over there selling woolen rugs."

"Woolen rugs... I'm a bit interested. Let's go."

At that stall, they sold items made from the hair of monsters resembling goats raised in high-altitude areas overseas.
Apparently, what they sell at the street market are discontinued items or items rejected during inspection.
They recommended going to the shops in the shopping district if we wanted 100% quality items and gave us a map to the shops.
I see, so the reason they have a stall at the street market is to promote their main shop.
I'll visit that shop later, but for now, I bought a nice rug mat from this shop.
Since it was a small rug, I'll use it in my room.

Next at the street market... let's go to that stall selling clothes.
These clothes were apparently brought from the Aloules Autonomous Region in the Darshe Principality.
They were made of fabric dyed in various colors and had a somewhat flashy feel to them.
I don't think I need these.
The designs were no different from what I'm familiar with.

After that, we headed to the stall selling leather goods.
This stall seems to sell products made by apprentices from a leather workshop in Catastie.
All the products were stamped with an emblem, indicating who made them.
I used to do that when I ran an apron stall.
Now I use magic to engrave them.
They sold a wide variety of leather goods, from household items to miscellaneous items that I was not sure how to use.
Hmm, I think I'll pass on this too.

In this way, we wandered around the street market and left when it was getting late.
I didn't buy much, but it was quite enjoyable to see all the different items gathered in one place.
What should we do tomorrow?
Since we have to start preparing to leave the day after tomorrow, tomorrow is practically the last day to relax.
Should I go on a shopping spree for foreign clothes and use them as sample products?
