As i mentioned before , doing 5 hours of cardio everyday didn't help my sleep at all ( my sleep is back to normal at least , even tho normal isn't great is my case ).

On top of that , i started running again little by little , only 15 minutes everyday for now , but it's crazy how THIS makes me sleepy during all day , i fight to not sleep , but it stop when i go to sleep , when it's finally time to sleep , my body is like " No , don't wanna "

Once again , at least my sleep is back to normal at least 🤔
